Communications with Board of Directors
野花社区's Board of Directors has adopted a procedure for receiving and addressing communications from all interested parties, including 野花社区鈥檚 stockholders. You may send written communications to the entire Board of Directors (or any committee thereof), 野花社区鈥檚 lead independent director, or all the independent directors of the Board, by addressing communications to 野花社区, 7035 Ridge Road, Hanover, MD 21076, Attention: Corporate Secretary. Communications by e-mail should be addressed to ir@ciena.com and marked "Attention: Corporate Secretary" in the "Subject" field.
