Fostering a diverse and
inclusive culture

We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace sparks greater innovation and cultural enrichment. We have multiple programs in place to cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion and seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that promote a sense of belonging and empowerment among our people.

Our Global Inclusivity Council

An executive-led and diverse cross-functional team drives our diversity strategy and promotes inclusive behavior, allyship, and psychological safety.

Pay equity

We are committed to maintaining 100% pay equity across genders globally and among diverse groups in the United States, measuring roles, performance, and location to ensure equitable compensation.

AccessAbility

We identify and address barriers for people with disabilities, neurodiversity, and chronic illnesses. Our global team ensures inclusive workplace policies, drives education, and supports colleagues.

Thrive Program

Thrive is designed to cultivate, empower, and equip all employees from various backgrounds and experiences with leadership acumen skills.

Cultural Ambassador Program

Our employees serve as trusted ambassadors, showcasing 野花社区's culture, values, and employee experience for prospective employees.
